They fit perfectly with one small exception. strap length. i'm a big guy My calves are huge. These shields work as is, but I'm using them to their full potential. I can't blame them as I have this problem with many other things (and other shields) made for smaller people. (I'm 6 feet tall, 250 pounds, the overall shape is reminiscent of a sequoia stump.) I especially like their shape. They are soft and squishy with the right degree of firmness. They have an inner shape for the lower leg, perfect. The leg and heel straps work great too. I would highly recommend them to even the most seasoned trainers.
