Breathable and warm
Very good product! Bought for a 10 day course and it was perfect whether I was hot or cold. Although it was wool, it wasn't that prickly (maybe a little). I have sensitive skin and have always felt a beautiful, durable, breathable fabric surrounding me. Will continue to use it every day. I highly recommend.

- LARGE MEDITATION SHAWL. Our meditation shawls and wraps are 7.5 feet long and 3.5 feet wide. Conceals the entire body during guided meditation. Warms the body in Shavasana when used as a yoga blanket. Big enough to cover a double bed.
