Extremely well made

This 7RPM geared motor delivers rated torque and is just great. I opened up the gearbox and was impressed by the internal design which includes dual ball bearings on the output shaft. It's worth every penny of the purchase price.

Works great, love the optical encoder

At 7rpm it's a bit fast for my satellite dish project. It can be slowed down with a PWM controller. I use about 5762 for the sales calculation. I'd love to find those n lower RPMs, but most motors of this type on the market don't have a tailshaft and/or encoder, so you'll have to settle for what you can find, or mess around with some sort of external low-speed one encoders. from the side of the wave, not so great.
