Review on 🔑 Keywishbot BLE Nano V3.0 - Micro USB Board with Integrated CC2540 BLE Wireless Module and ATmega328P 5V Micro-Controller - Compatible with Nano V3.0 by Keith Howe

I ordered one of these, it wasn't working properly so thanks to Revain's return policy it was quickly replaced. Both arrived within a day or two. They show up as Arduino Uno in Device Manager and don't load under the CH340 driver. I had to set the Arduino IDE to use the old 328p bootloader or it wouldn't be able to communicate. Continued to get a connection timeout. I also tried using Visual Studio and encountered the same problem. Even after getting them to accept the download, they didn't work at all. I know the sketch was correct because it works with other nanos of this type bought from other manufacturers. I also installed the correct Ch340 driver. I ordered one of these and it came with a USB cable and there was no replacement. No big deal, it just seems like there should be some consistency.
