I mean it's pastel purple. It's actually very smooth and soft but a soft cover, has a small amount of flex, so it's ideal. I wish there was just a little more material to cover the color under the case. I got a bit sick of the turquoise and mint and got in a purple mood and found this. It is a very light purple, dare I say it's almost pink. If you like pinkish, purple this is for you. If you don't like questioning what color it really is, don't. Either way I am pleased how well it goes with my other accessories like the dock cover. Perfection!
