One out of six doesn't work.

One of the DOA adapters and the other USB cable is broken, but I was able to use the cable from the DOA adapter. The problem has resulted in me spending more time trying to troubleshoot the issue.

Pros

Compatible with PCI-E 1X, 4X, 8X, 16X slots on motherboard. The package includes 3 upstream output ports and 2 right output ports.
