This is not only the smallest but also the simplest voice recorder I've ever seen. I don't understand how people can be confused on how to use this voice recorder. All in all, it came with an instruction manual on one of the biggest pieces of paper I've ever seen on a product. It had all the details and instructions in large print that were easy to read and follow, unlike many other products that come with a small instruction manual. Paper with tiny writings that cannot be read without a magnifying glass. The great thing about this voice recorder is that it only has one toggle button that you can slide up to the ON position or down to the OFF position. It also has a microUSB port that you can plug in to charge the voice recorder, play the recorded audio, or save or delete it from the computer. > Voice recording: The single toggle button simply starts audio recording or stops and saves audio recording Nothing is plugged into the microUSB port. Very simple. > Playback/Listen: When you connect the audio playback control to microUSB and turn it on, it goes into playback mode, not recording mode. Easy again. The audio playback control has a 3mm audio jack, and you can listen to the recorded sound through the headphones that come with this product. It has volume up/down, play/pause, and previous and next control buttons. I love that it has a 3mm audio jack so you're not limited to using headphones, you can use headphones or even connect a speaker with an AUX input. I wish it had the ability to remove recorded audio from playback controls after listening to it with headphones, and a USB-C port would be better, but that's no deal breaker. > Connect to a computer via USB: when you connect it If you connect the USB cable to a computer's USB port, this recorder will be recognized as a USB flash drive. It has a folder called "RECORD" that contains all recorded audio files in WAV format and a folder called "Settime" that contains a program to set the date and time for this recorder. transferred to your computer or deleted. Pretty easy to use > Sound Quality: I think the sound quality of the recording was exceptional given its size. I found it best to leave this recorder untouched on a flat surface while recording. The ability to record in MP3 format would be a nice feature. >Battery life: After a full charge, I was able to record for several hours over several days. I don't think you'll need to record more than 3-5 hours at a time, and this recorder is good enough for 10+ hours of recording, so battery life isn't an issue. When you connect to a computer to listen/save an audio file, it will start loading. > Size and portability: These are the main advantages of this voice recorder. Its compact size makes it very portable and you can take it anywhere. You can easily attach it to your keychain, backpack or even your pocket. They are always ready to take pictures when the need arises. RESULT: 5 out of 5 stars. Recommend this keychain voice recorder for its portability and simplicity. It couldn't be simpler, since there is only one shift key. When you receive this recorder I suggest you connect it to a computer to set the correct date/time on the recorder and charge it fully.
