I used it hoping to grow my nails and found my nails grew much faster than normal in just a week. Of course everyone is different, but it works wonders for me! I just dip a brush in and apply a small amount to the cuticles, all over the nail, the skin around the nails and the inside of the nail. It also helps keep your hands hydrated. The only thing I can say is that the bottle is a lot smaller than I expected, but it's entirely my fault for not looking at the description. That's the size it claims to be, a 1 ounce bottle, but you really don't need much more for nails. Overall I rate this product a 10/10.
