These mugs appear to be sturdy and arrived undamaged. The white glaze has small indentations in some places and bumps in the glaze in other places. The unglazed ring on the underside has black deposits in some places that cannot be removed. The logo on the bottom was immediately removed with acetone when I tried to remove the adhesive from the "Made in China" sticker. This glue did not want to completely separate from the acetone. The labor required to clean the bottom, the mediocre glaze, and the price (much more than what you pay for good sublimation mugs from major suppliers direct online) are the reasons I won't be buying them again. I would not sell mugs of this quality. They are used to test new models and then given away to friends.
