In the first pack we bought we followed the directions and charged all the bulbs before turning them off. After loading, we checked the bulbs and only one worked. We sent the pears back. The seller contacted us and returned the original purchase to us and also sent us a new pack of 4. We haven't tested all of them yet but at least 2 out of 4 work and the seller gave them to us for free. They have great communication and support for their products.
