Invest your money elsewhere

This product does not come with assembly instructions. It was just a box full of parts and screws. The product itself is very uncomfortable. Didn't relieve the pain at all. All in all a terrible product. Please don't waste your money on this product. If you're looking to relieve back pain, I recommend stretching, not sitting for long periods of time, and investing in a postural brace for your back. This will help you.
