USB dongle for I/O cards

Everything is fine. Connection instructions are missing. It would be great if there was an online guide. I had to go to YouTube to find out how. The links provided lead nowhere. I wanted to see if I could use it as an Arduino Nano to make projects that still connected to my computer. I don't like hardware, but the support let me down.
