Fits perfectly, I'm a size medium and the medium fits tight enough to feel like a bathing suit. I haven't worn it in water yet, but I'm sure it will work great. Zipper is perfect so you don't have to pull it on and off over your head. Think it's a great product! The price is high but reasonable. Others that are cheaper are not nearly as sturdy or high quality of fabric.
