Review on Trip Robotics BackOffice by Mario Schultz

I like how quickly they respond, even after hours! It's very helpful having someone there who can answer your questions right away without you waiting days/weeks before getting an actual response from them. Sometimes it seems as though their customer service is lacking compared with other companies out here but maybe this has changed since we've been using them? We have not had any issues so far - everything functions perfectly well! They are great at keeping up-to-date with new software releases which makes managing our fleet much easier than if we were doing it ourselves (which would be impossible!).
