Having my WiFi washing machines off the shelves and up high has really improved the signal. I regret this product because it is only made to be screwed to the wall; There are a lot of holes in my drywall and I wanted to use command strips instead. I used 4 strips of 2lbs per bracket and they hold up well as each piece weighs a lot less than 8lbs. I understand that many people don't want to trust a band with sensitive electrons held high off the ground, but I would like the back of the mount to have flat surfaces suitable for a strong band.
