I initially received the wrong size strap but instead of sending it back I emailed the instructions, Rob (owner) replied within hours and quickly sent the strap in to me the right size. So, customer service and responsiveness - 5 stars. I ordered this for a standard Worksharp model (not a KO model) and I have to say the belt fits and works perfectly. This takes the sharpness of your knives to the next level. I used to cut my hair by hand, this belt allows me to make some quick cuts and my knives are razor sharp. Highly recommended.
