Review on Cricut Printable Vinyl For Die Cuts by Linda Diaz

No contact with water? Serious? There are MUCH better alternatives in this price range.

Seriously. Why bother with a product that doesn't even hold a drop of water? In which cases can it be useful at all? The packaging shows a flower pot, a glass and a book. Bad publicity here. Flowers need water, glasses can contain liquid, and both the glass and the book tend to get wet hands from sweat or not being able to dry them completely after washing. This product is useless unless you intend to laminate it. In this case you can simply print the image on plain paper and laminate it. I suppose you can paint it or cover it with clear vinyl but really. For less than $2 you get a product that is not hydrophilic. If you're given a can of paint or clear vinyl, you may have just bought a product that won't smear with the tiniest drop of moisture and saved you money. Why bypass mistakes or bad design when you can get the right product first time? I'm just saying. I do NOT recommend this as there are much better products out there for the same money.

Pros
  • Remove excess vinyl using Cricut Tools. Then apply with the Cricut transfer tape for project
Cons
  • . There are other interesting possibilities.
