Review on Obie by Jackie Stewart

As someone who works remotely there are several things I love about obies! The interface makes it easy to navigate so when i need help its really quick with finding what we're looking up together.- Knowledge base - helps us keep track/have accessable info quickly at any time (we have questions all over our site). Easy to install with minimal training required - even if you're not technically savvy! The UI could be better but it gets the job done. I haven't had any issues with performance. We use this software at work. It works well and makes our day easier when we are having challenges solving a problem. At first it was clunky and hard to navigate. But now after years of using it I can easily get around without needing help from anyone else.
