Cannot change stripe size yourself. I have resized watch straps in the past and this is a different design so I was extra careful. However, the pin got stuck at the exit (see photo) and I could neither get it out nor put it back in; he was stuck. I took it to a local watch repair shop and even they had trouble fixing it. but in the end they did (phew). I paid an additional $10.83 to have it professionally resized and it was money well spent. The color is cool white compared to my watch case (Garmin Vivomove HR) which is more of a warm white so it clashes a bit but not that much. There is a gap of about 0.5-1mm between the ears of the watch and the strap; I hope the tape doesn't fall off as a result. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, but be aware that you may have to pay extra to get a professional sizing.
