It comes with a 24v power supply and NO JOKE I was able to re-solder the battery tab to an 18650 battery that had a broken spot weld without damaging it! FAST heating makes a significant difference due to the location of the heating element AND the sensor next to the handpiece. This will make the chips SIMPLE under the microscope up to the #8 wire. YES, REALLY! NOW this potentially bad bit: My first one died with a "SENS-ERR" error code with no indication that it was going to die. Returned and got another one. After checking online I found that this is a normal failure mode. This is easily fixed by replacing the MOSFET chip. I bought 22 Si4925dy chips for $5.22 in THIS country. Of course it will take a few weeks to get here, but I'm being careful. A wide range of tips makes this an easy task. Became my favourite. I love this little guy.
