Irons are worth their money

Wow I've never had such a great tool that lasts a long time, I've never seen a reason to spend more than $20 on a soldering iron until today . Right out of the box I fired up this iron and was able to handle anything I threw at it because the thicker wires raised the temperature and ran away easily. Although there are some cases where a tip with better heat retention is better for larger calibers. Also the size of this iron is amazing for its power, it has always been used for big bulky irons…

OUTSTANDING with one caveat.

It comes with a 24v power supply and NO JOKE I was able to re-solder the battery tab to an 18650 battery that had a broken spot weld without damaging it! FAST heating makes a significant difference due to the location of the heating element AND the sensor next to the handpiece. This will make the chips SIMPLE under the microscope up to the #8 wire. YES, REALLY! NOW this potentially bad bit: My first one died with a "SENS-ERR" error code with no indication that it was going to die. Returned and…

Fully functional whilst still being good value for money

Good soldering iron for home and field use This is a very good soldering iron, much better than the large conventional soldering irons I have ever used. It comes with a 19V power adapter and heats up in seconds. And even you can adjust the temperature very conveniently during operation. If you put it down and don't move it, the temperature will drop and it will go into standby mode. If you take it in hand, it will heat up again in a short time, very smart and safe.
