I've recently started spinning and while enjoying the class my bum didn't go along with it. LolBike shorts are an option, but I do a few workouts and don't feel comfortable in bike shorts for yoga. I did some research and found the Zarco Gel Bike Seat Cover! It fits in my sports bag, can be quickly and easily attached to the bike at the beginning of a training session and removed again at the end. Zarco Gel bike seat covers are very soft and comfortable.
