I like that they are constantly adding new features to their platform, which makes it easy for us as users of this software product to keep up with all changes in our business environment. The support team also provides excellent customer service! They do not take advantage of your free trial period very well - but once you've used them during your demo day (which usually lasts about 30 minutes), there's no going back. We use Zendesk tickets almost exclusively now instead of emailing each other or relying solely upon Slack messages when we need help from one another.
