Very easy assembly and high-quality materials. This is important for both time and durability. I've personally seen cheap mesh turn to dust after a few years. When setting up a light shaper, the simpler the better - less time is wasted. To open, simply snap the poles into their extended position. A lever switch on the back frees each rod for folding and storage. The velcro attaches an internal reflector at 4 points with strips at the ends larger than necessary to compensate for possible stretching of the elastic/fabric. Good foresight. The diffuser is simply attached with Velcro. The same with the grid. Some ideas for use: areas too small for large softboxes, small products, hair accent/lights.
