To be honest I was afraid to buy this product because of the comments. I received the order, this product is the only one I was able to receive on time. So I prayed and ordered it! Thank you Jesus, when I opened the box it was safe/neon yellow as described. When making this test cut, I changed the blade to 3 and the power to 33 based on feedback and thickness. I would say I could probably shorten by 28. but judging by the photo, it turned out perfect. It doesn't feel like a solid pen, but I put a test piece on the plastic and it held up well. I have an order for metal so I'll find out tomorrow how it will be the day after tomorrow. Thanks guys and hope this helps others choose this product.
