Reliable bluetooth receiver

As a budget conscious guy, all my stereo came from thrift stores. The most recent device I own is a high quality Sony stereo receiver from 1997. Bluetooth wasn't introduced until 1999 and didn't come into regular use until the early 2000's. So hooking up my Pandora playback phone requires a 3.5mm RCA cable that connects to the phono jack on my phone and the RCA jacks on the back of the stereo. So my phone is tied to the stereo, making it awkward when I'm in a different room. This inexpensive device offers a solution to the problem. Powered by micro USB and has a rechargeable battery that gives around 10 hours of playback on a single charge. This is a fairly simple device to set up and use via Bluetooth. Connection is quick and painless. Along with the micro USB cable, it comes with a dual 3.5mm male to male connector for easy connection to your car's Aux port without long cables hanging everywhere. It has a blue LED screen that displays the device's name right above it (making it much easier to connect if you have a lot of devices in your paired device list). An equalizer appears on the screen while music or sound is playing, but it turns off after a few minutes to save power. . This is an easy way to make sure it's receiving a signal. There are controls on the side of the receiver to pause playback and change the volume. There's also a switch on the top that turns it off to save power. Overall, the sound quality seems to be quite good. I have no complaints about how it sounds. I've tried this on multiple audio devices including my machine. I've tried several of these inexpensive receivers and so far this is one of the best sounding. It also has very low latency, so it can be used as a Bluetooth receiver for in-car phone calls. I've been using it a lot for my car lately and it works for music and phone calls with no issues. Bottom line: if you want to connect an audio device to your old stereo via Bluetooth, this is a handy option. In this price range you could do a lot worse in my opinion.
