This portable monitor is amazing! Picture quality is excellent, I would say this is one of the best screens of this size I have ever sat in front of. Build quality is also quite good, everything is very thin to begin with, all edges are smooth with no sharp corners, even the edges of the glass are rounded and smooth. It's an absolutely superb feeling when you hold it or look at it. A good range of inputs and outputs makes it very versatile. I connected it to a Samsung Chromebook via USB-C to USB-C and it was instantly recognized and working, including touch controls, and was powered by the Chromebook. It's that easy. lol I also hooked this up to a Windows 10 laptop but I couldn't get it to work just via USB, that's to be expected. I needed HDMI for the display to work and USB3 to USB-C for touch to work. Windows found and configured the touchscreen driver in seconds and no further action was required from me. On Windows, I can click, scroll, and zoom with two fingers, but that's about it. I can't hold down to drag items or right click. I'm not sure if it's a display limitation or something isn't set up properly. In any case, it offers a super performance boost for a portable setup. What I don't like is that it doesn't come with a case or carrying case, a soft case to protect the screen would also be nice. The ONLY reason I would choose a display like this over a standard PC monitor is for portability considering it costs at least twice as much as a good standard monitor. The lack of a practical way to protect the display during shipping seems an oversight and it would be a minimal investment on the part of manufacturers to get a more complete package. Especially when you consider that the kit was a complete set of cables. (HDMI, USB3-USBC and two USB-C to USB-C cables in addition to the USB-C power adapter) The included instructions are decent, easy to follow and cover everything from connecting with different cables to using the on-screen menu to change settings . It's nice that they have built-in speakers and they're useful but not very loud. The sound quality when using it is only average, but acceptable. I wish there were threaded holes on the back for a VESA mount. I like to have it mounted on my arm at my workbench where I can flip it out if I need to use reference material while I'm working. A touch function would also be incredibly handy. I can even draw a 3D printable mount that clips onto the rear stand to convert it to a VESA mount. For me this would be the perfect application for it!
