The ability it gives me great insight about my sales pipeline as well how much time I'm spending waiting between tasks or customers are not active enough etc..The reports give an overall view so when we have issues with our forecasts they can be corrected fast without having too many people involved which saves us money! It's really helping improve efficiency within this department - there was nothing like before where reporting could take place remotely but now everyone has access from anywhere via their computer/mobile phone.
