Great Customer Service - Everyone Makes You Feel Appreciated

The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to help with any issues we have, even if it's something as simple as an email that needs attention or changing out our printer cartridges for ones they provide us at no cost (which saves money!). I wish there was more integration between Dynamics 365 and the other systems in use within my organization. It would be nice not having separate data sources but instead being able to pull all of your information together into one system so you…

Excellent customer support & services from top-notch staff

The best part of doing business with this organization is that they are always willing to help even if it requires extra time for them to do so. I have been working with these people since 2010 when we first started our partnership together and they still continue to be very helpful! They can sometimes take a long time to respond but once you receive their response, it's usually quick and thorough. We really enjoy how friendly everyone there is as well. We’ve had no issues and have seen great growth in our business since starting with them. We have high praise for them and recommend them to everyone who asks. Thank you for helping us get where we are today! They did an amazing job setting up my account so I could easily administer it from anywhere via phone or email. Pros
  • Easy to understand and manage
  • Flexible enough to work within multiple platforms, including SharePoint Online and Dynamics CRM
Cons
  • The "visual" editing of dashboards isn't as flexible as Excel, for example - so creating something like a scorecard might be easier to do in Excel
  • Only works on Windows computers, not Macs, iPads, etc.
