Nice that this cable has a magnetic quick connector. There are a couple of downsides though, firstly you can no longer "save" your phone from falling by the cable, unlike the standard USB-C charging cable, this new cable doesn't snap well, any force put on the cable is exercised is perpendicular to the loading sill, the entire cable is disconnected, the magnetic connector and that's it. The magnet is only strong in the above direction. Trying to use the phone at a different angle usually causes the cable to detach from the magnet, not so much as the phone beeps as it thinks it's constantly being plugged in and unplugged. Weirdly, this drops the percentage of charge on the charger. Also, it interferes with synchronization/data transfer. The connector that should stay in the phone protrudes a lot, especially on a curved surface, which can snag the inside of your pocket and potentially lose the connector. .Overall it doesn't work well for my phone but it might work for others. The cable allows for fast charging, I can see it passing 1.4-1.6A and looks like a good quality braid. Unfortunately it doesn't meet my needs, a few bumps while driving and the phone disconnected from the charger.
