Review on Digsite by Erik Haynes

It lets you see how your design is being received by users through heatmap & eye tracking tools. Also easy UI with multiple screen options so that every team member can understand easily across all cultures where they're sitting from a remote location. I have seen minor bugs still pending release of this version as per our experience it's quite new software yet not fully mature. We are testing many applications which requires feedbacks within very less time. I like that it allows me to create test cases and then run them on my test environment. It's easy to set up and use. I dislike that you cannot see the results of your tests in real time. You have to wait until the end of the day to see if you passed or failed. There is also no way to export the test results to Excel. I would highly recommend this product. We are able to quickly identify which products are performing well and where they could improve.
