It is great! on supports for arms, hands and fingers
My retired husband works a lot in our house and in the yard. He bumped his elbow into something and blood spurted out. (He takes blood thinners, so he bleeds easily.) It was almost impossible to heal his elbow because he kept bumping into it. We ordered these elbow pads to protect his elbow so he can heal. They work amazing! Now he wears them on both elbows whenever he works to protect his elbows. They're also easy to clean!
