This purchase was better than expected for me. Protein bars are huge, but definitely fill you up. They're also super sweet and delicious, so if you've ever been craving a Twix or Snickers but want a healthier option, this is it. I think if I could change one thing about this product it would be the size. The bars are so large that they are definitely a meal replacement and should not be eaten as a snack unless divided into portions. Also, my only other complaint is that my girlfriend (who is lactose intolerant) and I both noticed that it gave us some serious stomach problems. In addition to these factors, a great protein bar will help you fuel up and meet your daily protein needs.
