Supports healthy heart, cognition, joint, and immune functions. No yucky aftertaste. Easy to swallow and didn't stick to the roof of my mouth before I could drink it down. NutriGold is a quality company. I don't know as I have any marked benefit after taking these the last 2 months, neither have I had any negative side effects. Yes, eating more fish would be better but I know that isn't going to happen so here I am.

I have been taking these supplements for about 2 weeks, as per the directions on the package. One of the softgels in the bottle had broken open, so the stink when I opened it up was rather overbearing. This made all of the softgels stink, but perhaps they wouldn't under normal circumstances. The bottle contains enough for a 2 month supply when taken as directed, so this is definitely a better value than the krill oil supplement that I typically take for my omega-3 needs. I did get "fishy burps"

take first bottle for CoQ10 to sink in. i can feel my over-all health has improved. i can walk alot faster and far.bottom line i do recommend this product to relative or a friend. Made in USA :)

I really like the product, but it was unavailable for time. Now I see it is available again, but holy cow have they jacked up the price! Not worth the cost.

I take omega 3, CoQ10 and Vitamin D separately for a variety of reasons. I was really excited to see this product because I can't stand taking so many pills. The company clearly takes pride in their product, and sends it in a box with a pamphlet that goes in depth about their products and why they are a step above the competitors.

My dr ordered me to take omega 3 with coq10 since my cholesterol was borderline. I lead an active lifestyle and eat a low fat/cholesterol diet, but genetically I am prone to having high cholesterol. I only bought this because they were out of CoQ10 by itself. Since I already take a really good vitamin D and Omega 3 in much larger doses, I don't need anymore, so I just bought the CoQ10 the next time around. Vitamins work together synergystically. You have to take them together in order for them to work, and it's better if you take them separately so that nothing gets destroyed during the process of combining them.

I have been told for years to take omega 3 and coQ10 so when I found these I hit the jackpot. I love these and I hate taking pills.
