Large! Slightly over 1 " long x 3/8 " thick.Strong, fishy odor

These softgels are large (1 1/16" x 3/8") & have quite an assortment of added ingredients.Each softgel contains 50mg CoQ10 (ibiquinone) - 2500 IU vitamin D3 - 700mg Omega-3 fatty acids.It is suggested to take one softgel 1 or 2 times daily.Many supplements & food items are adding Vitamin D3 to their formulas. Please read all labels carefully as it is possible to take too much Vitamin D3 a day. Otherwise, this is a great way to reduce the number of supplements I take daily. I haven't had any problems with swallowing or fishy burps.Warning.be prepared for a strong, fishy odor when you open the bottle. whew!
