The heel cups really work!

The heel cups work better for bone spur relief than the inserts for which I had paid hundreds of dollars. It’s just kind of hard to keep the heel cups in place in my shoes.

Pros
  • The reason why I like it helps with my bone Spurs on my heel
Cons
  • Didn't stick for long but your foot will keep them in place and they're pretty comfortable

Works for heel pain

I bought for a friend who was having serious heel pain. This design is working for her but too small was her only complaint. Heel pain was very bad, so this is a big deal.

Pros
  • It fulfills the function, it’s comfortable and works for all the shoes!!!
Cons
  • plantar fasciitis

Amazingly comfortable

Love these. I have a heel spur and planter fasciitis on just one foot. These can be used in either shoe and help a lot! Only small problem I've had is they sometimes what to slide down to the middle of my foot in some of my shoes, but even then they are soft enough to not hurt my arch (just annoy me).

Pros
  • Heel Cushions & Cups
Cons
  • Some individuals find the cups to be too bulky, making it difficult to fit into shoes comfortably

Worthless. good for me

What a waste. Disappointing. Did. Nothing to alleviate pain in heels. In fact added to the pain. Will not purchase again.

Pros
  • They work great for my shoes. Thank you.
Cons
  • These pads did not stick to my shoe at all and they provided no relief whatsoever!! Waste of money!!

Good product good for me

I have planter fasciitis and bone spurs. These may be good for people with lower arches. Maybe when I'm in less pain these will help.

Pros
  • I need these for my heels!
Cons
  • just ok

Comfortable without taking up any room

Oh these make such a difference on my heel pain. I can't do the full size inserts because they slide my feet forward and pinch my toes.but these were enough extra cushion on my heels without taking up room. I don't have any medical condition to cause the pain, I just walk really heavy on my heels and after 16 hr shifts it becomes exceedingly painful.

Pros
  • I have bad heel spurs. These give relief without being bulky.
Cons
  • Feels great if I can get them to stay in place. They move around far too much.

Not so great: my feedback

The other reviews are correct. These inserts slide around in your shoe far too much. They didn't offer much to relieve my heel pain.

Pros
  • Affordable alternative to expensive medical treatments and orthotics
Cons
  • Silicone gel heel cups may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or foot ailments

Good variety for my opinion

I like the variety of this pack because it fits so many types of shoes. I was surprised that it fit my heels. Definitely helped my feet stay pain- free.

Pros
  • Súper
Cons
  • No me ayuda al problema de los talones.

Good, but the don't stay put

The surface of these heel pads is so smooth that double stick tape won't stick! They generally stay put once your foot is in the shoe, but it's easy to jostle them out of place while donning or doffing your shoes.

Pros
  • What a relief from my heel spurs. I can walk without pain.
Cons
  • Didn’t help much

Narrow heel best in my review

The gel cushion is too narrow to fit in Dansko shoes without slipping. Think that they may be better in a narrow heel tennis shoe.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • The heel cups may not be immediately comfortable when first worn, requiring a break-in period

If I could rate it a zero I absolutely would.

They say you can put socks on over top of them, the left foot was kind of ok but the right one kept sliding around and the pain ended up worse than it started.

Pros
  • Can be worn discreetly with any type of shoe or footwear
Cons
  • The silicone material may retain sweat and odors, making it difficult to maintain hygiene

Corn removal relief

I had a corn removed and thought this would take the pressure off the site. It was not wide enough and hurt. I used pads which worked better

Pros
  • Finally Im Pain free, really work.
Cons
  • Didn’t help my problem much at all. A CUP seems the better solution

Tennis player review!

I’m a tennis player and coach. I’m on the court 3 to 5 hours a day. These heal cushion are a perfect addition to my sport insoles. I like that they are not that bulky and thick. They add just enough extra cushion to the cushion that my insoles provide! The horseshoe shape is also perfect as it supports you heal in just the right places and the don’t slip around!

Pros
  • Inserts & Insoles
Cons
  • Users may need to replace the heel cups after a certain amount of wear and tear, adding to the cost

Don’t stay put in shoes. Minimal support

These are just ok. I expected the vision to be more of a doughnut like support around the outset heel but the thickness is about the same all over. They slide in your shoe while wearing them which is why I gave them a low rating.

Pros
  • very comfortable and easy to use. stays where you put them.
Cons
  • EHH, I purchased for shoes. Not heels. Did its job for a bit. Folded up after a couple days

Disappointed in my review

Unfortunately will NOT stay in place. I was very much looking forward for this to work. I have plantar fasciitis and burns spurs and was hoping for relief.

Pros
  • Ergonomic design ensures a snug fit for all foot sizes
Cons
  • The cups may not be suitable for use during certain activities, such as running or jumping

Simple solution in my review

My husband just started to complain of plantar fasciitis symptoms and getting him to do any stretching exercises is difficult or anything really. I'm tired of hearing the complaining so I wanted something he could easily do. This is great since he can just put it in his work boots and will help his symptoms and he'll probably forgot about these once they're in his boots. I'll update how well they help his symptoms once I either sneak them in or talk him into putting them in his boots. They seem

Pros
  • Me parecen confortable pero no me aliviado tanto como lo esperaba
Cons
  • Doesn't stay in place for someone that is on your feet all day.

Heel inserts hurt in my review

T h ese inserts don't work very well at all they have a tendency to slide down to about the middle of my foot right under the the arches making it terribly uncomfortable

Pros
  • Love
Cons
  • No sirve. Se mueven todo el tiempo dentro del zapato

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not as thick as it looks.

Suffer from a bad heel spur. These look like they’d work, but I didn’t find much difference than any store bought insert. The design makes you think it "cups” the heel. But, reality is the dark blue area is too thin for me. It almost doesn’t feel like there is much more support than inserts that are foamed evenly across. There is a thicker portion on outside with thinning towards the center. But, not enough to keep the heel from being pressured from bottom of shoe. Disappointed again!

Pros
  • Health Care
Cons
  • People suffering from severe plantar fasciitis may require additional treatment beyond the heel cups

Fits my ballet flats

I have a heel spur in the same foot that I also deal with Achilles tendinitis. I ordered these specifically for the heel cup for my spur and the little extra ‘lift’ they offer for my Achilles. Being the first heel cups I have ever tried, I have no comparison, however, they do increase the comfort for my heel and ankle. What I really like about these is that they fit in my ballet flats where most inserts don’t. I wish the adhesión to my shoe was just a little better, sometimes I have to take my…

Pros
  • Excelente compra, se lo compre a mi abuela y le ayudo muchísimo. Ahora camina mucho más cómoda
Cons
  • Did not stay in place. No good for work

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Didn't help my heel pain

I think heel pain is so variable it's difficult to create a one type helps all. I would just like a very thick gel to step onto, as the gel edges pressed right on my antar tendon pain site.

Pros
  • Good deal.
Cons
  • Not enough support, it’s too thin the gel and doesn’t work for heel pain or heel spur or scared tissue
