Didn't help my heel pain
I think heel pain is so variable it's difficult to create a one type helps all. I would just like a very thick gel to step onto, as the gel edges pressed right on my antar tendon pain site.

- Not enough support, itโs too thin the gel and doesnโt work for heel pain or heel spur or scared tissue
