Simple solution in my review
My husband just started to complain of plantar fasciitis symptoms and getting him to do any stretching exercises is difficult or anything really. I'm tired of hearing the complaining so I wanted something he could easily do. This is great since he can just put it in his work boots and will help his symptoms and he'll probably forgot about these once they're in his boots. I'll update how well they help his symptoms once I either sneak them in or talk him into putting them in his boots. They seem comfortable when I stepped on them. I don't even have plantar fasciitis and I want to wear them!
