Pills are about the same size as other brand fish oil pills on the market, they are large, but so are others. It has a smooth coating, so very easy to swallow. Haven't noticed any fish burps, or fishy taste in my mouth after taking these. Many health benefits of taking fish oil, these are a great to take daily.
