I could not get it to stay in place. I tried every tightness and position on my waist and it always just rode up and bounced as I ran. Also, the strap is so so wide! I have these mounted on either side of my headlight and pointed slightly away so that I have more light coverage on the road at night. They are really easy to wire up to whatever you put them on, though I wired mine to be inline with the headlight so that the yellows are on with the low and the brights kick on the whites. Had two years worked great at base of my stairwell to alert us when child gets up at night. Now had att fiber internet installed with a receiver halfway up stairwell. No movement in hallway but sensor goes off over and over all night. Changed battery, moved sensor above the internet, change direction of sensor with no results. I have had a recurring knot in the same spot in my hair for 13 years- I got it during my labor for my baby who is now 13.
