Easy to Swallow for my opinion

These include 1250 mg of Fish Oil, which is pretty comparable to other Fish Oil Tablets on the market.
The difference is usually in the amount of EPA and DHA (in this case 400mg of EPA and 300 mg of DHA). The pills go down smooth and don't have any aftertaste.
