If I could rate it a zero I absolutely would.
They say you can put socks on over top of them, the left foot was kind of ok but the right one kept sliding around and the pain ended up worse than it started.
- Can be worn discreetly with any type of shoe or footwear
- The silicone material may retain sweat and odors, making it difficult to maintain hygiene
