Just what the dr ordered!
My dr ordered me to take omega 3 with coq10 since my cholesterol was borderline. I lead an active lifestyle and eat a low fat/cholesterol diet, but genetically I am prone to having high cholesterol. It is best to take care now while I am still in my 30's.I was glad to find this product with the combination of the omega and coq10, because it is more common to find them separately and I didn't want to have to take so many pills.
