Too Many Bells and Whistles
I only bought this because they were out of CoQ10 by itself. Since I already take a really good vitamin D and Omega 3 in much larger doses, I don't need anymore, so I just bought the CoQ10 the next time around. Vitamins work together synergystically. You have to take them together in order for them to work, and it's better if you take them separately so that nothing gets destroyed during the process of combining them.
