Overall this seems to be working, I think

I've been taking Omega 3's and CoQ10 for a few years now. I've never noticed anything in particular that happens when I take it. My doctor said that it is just a way that we can build up a health savings bank. I rarely get sick (partly because teacher's have super high immune systems), but I like taking vitamins to help for when I need it. I've had no issues with this product. It seems to be acting the exact same as any other brand that I have tried. I'd like to think that this is helping my cholesterol, but I honestly have no idea. I should add that I take several vitamins each day, and I've never had any problems. Currently almost all of the vitamins I am taking are by Nutrigold because they were on sale.
