Almost a all-in-one supplement

Like that this product contains Omega 3 (for joints), Vitamin D3 (for absorption of calcium) and CoQ10 (for heart, liver etc) supplement. Very convenient to take as it is almost like a all-in-one supplement.Till far, there are no bad side effects but this supplement has to be taken long-term to show positive effects as with other supplements. However, this does not replace taking in good and nutritious food.

Pros

my son is taking and he says he is feeling more normal than sluggish it was easy to swallow with water

The product may cause headaches or migraines in some individuals
