Like that this product contains Omega 3 (for joints), Vitamin D3 (for absorption of calcium) and CoQ10 (for heart, liver etc) supplement. Very convenient to take as it is almost like a all-in-one supplement.Till far, there are no bad side effects but this supplement has to be taken long-term to show positive effects as with other supplements. However, this does not replace taking in good and nutritious food.
