Omega-3 + CoQ10 + Vitamin D3 GOLD - 700 mg of Omega-3 Fish Oil with 2500 IU Vitamin D3 and 50 mg Kaneka Q10 is like a super duper, oh so good for you, supplement. Everything in it is great for your heart and cardiovascular system, cognitive function, joints, immune system, antioxidant goodness, and healthy aging. What's not to like. These softgels are big but I didn't have any trouble swallowing them. I recommend have a lot of water to take them with. They do have a fishy aftertaste and an odd smell, like oil painting medium, so I take them before I eat something and go out of my way to smell them. I have to wash my hands after I take this because they leave that oil painting medium/fishy smell on my hands.Like the product just don't like the smell.
