Ear tips received, box badly damaged. When I opened the box I found that the middle bracket holding the phone was almost broken. There is no installation guide, so I went to Amazon and found an installation video. I opened the hardware box and found the bolts for the pipe but not the nuts to secure the bolts. The absence of two plastic curly spacers was noted. They added zip ties to the gear pack. I think they cut corners and want to use zip ties instead of screws to hold the pipe. The sealing tape is a double-sided adhesive tape. Most of the sealing tape will not adhere to the insert due to all the dirt that is now on the tape. I can't believe anyone would sell this product to a consumer in this condition.
