I absolutely LOVE this straightener. Doesn't burn or dry hair. The swivel cord makes it easy to straighten at any angle. It can also be used to create curls. If you're a curly-haired girl (or guy) like me, you've probably experienced painful twitches from other straighteners. Paul Mitchell completely eliminated this problem. It's so smooth I can barely feel it. It glides effortlessly through my hair, leaving it soft and hydrated. This is the best investment I've made in my hair in a long time. I've used all types of straighteners and none of them even come close. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the rectifier market.
