Review on 🪡 YARDGARD 308225B Hardware Cloth: Durable Silver Mesh Fence 36 Inch x 25 Foot by Glen Elevyn

I use this as an underground gopher hedge as it needs to be watered under a raised vegetable patch before soil + compost etc is overdone. The veg patch is 4' x 12' and I can't find the 5' fence (needs to overlap with the patch). So I bought this 3ft x 25ft fence and cut it into two 3ft x 12.5ft strips. Then I can lay the railing so that it overlaps about 6 inches in the middle of the bed and about 6 inches outside the bed on either side (and a few inches on the top and bottom of the bed). To work with it, it is better to wear thick gloves and goggles. The fence rests on a metal wire tied in the middle. Remember that once this wire is loosened or cut, the fence will unwind like a stretched spring. The fence is easy to unfold and bend easily if necessary. It can be cut with wire cutters like any other metal mesh. I can easily bend and "tuck" the spiky cut pieces of the fence so they face inward so as not to catch anyone walking by.
